As announced in the January newsletter, our club’s AGM and Annual Dinner will be taking place at Hurst Village Hall, in the village of Hurst between Reading and Wokingham. The AGM provides club members a chance to review the past year and consider details of the club’s finances. Members of the club’s Committee are also elected. Eric Harper, our Chairman, has expressed a desire to hand over the reins in the near future as has Liz Turbin, our Fixtures’ Secretary. An active Committee is vital for the continued development of BKO so, if you are interested in joining the Committee, do let us know.
Details of the Annual Dinner menu are shown on the attached publicity sheet. You have a choice of food – select one from each course and let me know what you would like. Details needed by 20th February at the latest – earlier would be helpful for the caterers though. All are welcome!
