The Annual General Meeting of Berkshire Orienteers will be held at 7.00pm on Friday 24th February 2012 at The Bull At Theale, 41 High Street, Theale, Berkshire RG7 5AH. All members are encouraged to attend the AGM, which will include the election of club officers, discussion of the club's accounts and the reporting of the year's activities and plans for the future, Awards will also be presented. An official Agenda will be circulated by email nearer the date. (Please note it is not necessary to attend the dinner to be able to attend the AGM). Full flyer is attached below.
The AGM will be followed at 8.30pm by the Annual Club Dinner, also at The Bull. The 3 course meal will cost £15 for seniors and £7.50 for juniors. You can pay on the night but places should be reserved and food pre-ordered by e-mailing by Sunday 19th February with an indication of your preferred options from the following menu:
Starters:
• Lightly Spiced Parsnip Soup
• Smoked Chicken & Waldorf Salad with Apple Vinaigrette
• Plum tomato & Goats Cheese Gallette with Mixed Leaves
Main Course:
• Wild Mushroom and Tarragon Risotto with Rocket & Parmesan Crisps
• Slowly Braised Lamb with Buttery Mash, Red Cabbage and Vegetable Jus
• Plaice Fillets stuffed with Salmon Mousse with Crushed New Potatoes and a White Wine and Tarragon Sauce
• Creamy Stuffed Chicken wrapped in Bacon served with Crushed New Potatoes & Seasonal Vegetables

Desserts:
• Dark Chocolate Torte with Vanilla Ice Cream
• Seasonal Fruit Crumble with Vanilla Ice Cream or Custard
• Lemon Posset with Berry Compote & Biscotti Biscuits
