The AGM will take place at Hurst Village hall on Friday 13th February starting at 7pm. Any motions for consideration should be addressed to the secretary before the 6th Feb. The formal notice of the meeting is in the January newsletter.
The AGM will be followed by the club dinner for those wishing to
stay. This will be a 3 course meal, with some choice, and will cost
about £15 with a reduction for juniors (please bring your own drink). If you wish to join us for the
meal please could you let Reg Parker know as soon as possible, and by the end of January at the latest. He can
