Good luck to those competing this weekend. There are 25 members having a go at the Oxford City Race on Sunday and 23 members in the SCOA Long Distance Championships at SARUM’s Sidbury Hill near Tidworth on Sunday. There is limited on the day entry for both events but, at the Sunday event, these will not be eligible for the SCOA Championship.

Relays – Club Teams
JK and BOC Relays
These are linked to the two events mentioned above. The JK Relay is on Easter Monday; the British Relay Championships is on Sunday 19th April in the Forest of Dean. The Club Captain, Martin Wilson, now wishes to receive from members intending to attend these events expressions of interest in running in a Relay team. The club will generously fund all Relay entries as in previous years, as we want to encourage more members to take part. If you are interested, please mail Martin at clubcaptain@bko.org.uk. It is useful if you are uncertain, but might turn out, so say ‘could run if needed’ to give us more options to make up complete teams. Please respond soon, to allow time to develop the final line-ups.
