Statement:

Registration as a BKO REGISTERED PHOTOGRPHER requires the registered person to agree to comply with requirements of the “Berkshire Orienteers - Guidelines for the Use of Images of Children/Young People under the age of 18” as published on the BKO website (including any amendments subsequently made to the Guidelines).

By submitting this form you agree to be bound by the Guidelines.

Please submit this form at least 7 days prior to any event where you would wish to be a BKO Registered Photographer. The form will be submitted to the Club Secretary (secretary@bko.org.uk), who will confirm acceptance or denial of this request within 7 days.
