This training will  be based on Lower Earley East (A different start and area than the recent Saturday event) .

Parking is at the Maiden Place car park, When you enter from Kilnsey Drive turn right into the car park to the far NW.  The (larger) car park to the NE is residents only, so if there isn't space close to the community centre please park in the main one, near the Seven Red Roses and Sainsbury local.

Three courses available, Long, 5.1km (7.1 optimal route), Medium 3.1km (4.3) and Junior 1.4km.  The junior course does go along public roads, staying on the pavement on normal ones and only crossing quiet dead end cul de sacs.  So suitable for under 16s, but 12 and below must be accompanied by an adult.  Let me know if any juniors plan on attending as I only have very limited numbers of maps.  

 

All courses will be on maprun and there will be no kites put out. You can use maprun with phone or watch, or record a GPS trace and upload to maprun later to record / review your route.

 

Meet afterwards at the Seven Red Roses after the run, this is a fairly basic, but friendly pub with real ale and serves food (orders until until 8:30 on Thursdays).
